A chapter in life long closed, yet its echoes linger even now, soft and unrelenting.
The moment I met him, I knew this would unravel me, tear me apart from the inside out. And it did. Yet, I carry no regrets, for it was the most exquisite sensation I’ve ever known. A feeling so vivid, so consuming, that I still don’t know what to call it. Was it love? Or something rarer, a fleeting spark that burned so brightly it left me forever changed.
It’s strange, isn’t it? How something so ephemeral can take root in your soul, coursing through you, awakening a kind of beauty you didn’t know you possessed.
I think back to those days, blissfully unaware of the depth we shared, oblivious to its magnitude. And now years later, I find myself creating art from its remnants, the feeling still alive in every brushstroke and line.
Some emotions never truly leave; they transform, becoming a part of who you are.
So here it is, A collection dedicated to just that. I call it ‘You’♡
What better way to showcase your work than to have it beautifully displayed on a table with your face proudly behind it? Right… So, I gave it a shot, and honestly, the anxiety of the whole process was completely worth it in the end. OH
! I almost forgot to mention—I’m talking about starting a market stall.
Beyond
the internal battle of convincing yourself that your art might just be good enough for others to appreciate, there’s the cold. Oh, the cold! At
one point, a really sweet lady from the opposite stall came over and offered me heat pads because I was shivering, even with a thick coat and a coffee cup in my hands. To the kind-hearted woman from the opposite stall: I will never forget you ♡
Despite the challenges, my favourite part by far was the compliments and encouragement from complete strangers. There’s truly no feeling in the world that can compare to that.
Custom Jars
I had the wonderful opportunity to create a customised jar for a truly lovely person, and I fell completely in love with the entire process. From the initial idea to the final details, it was such a joy to bring their vision to life and add a personal touch that made it uniquely theirs.
